Special Shark Week Episode | Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out our very special Shark Week episode of The Curly Mustache Podcast! Each week, we take one real-life villain and one fictional villain, discuss their crimes, motives, histories, any connections they have, and whether they can be redeemed with our trusty Bowler Hat (is like a shark's fin) Scale. This week, we have some fun and dive back into the animal world as we take a look at the shark (or sharks) responsible for the 1916 Jersey Shore Shark Attacks, as well as the monstrous creature the story would go on to inspire, Jaws (Bruce the shark). Enjoy!
What an incredibly fun episode. If you'd like to learn more about the story, check out the book Close to Shore by Michael Capuzzo. A big thanks to Phil "The Kill" Collins for the slick job on our special Shark Week logo. Would any of our listeners buy shirts or stickers with this logo? Let us know. See you next week!
